​   My earliest memory is of light and wonder. Light poured in through the bedroom window and, enchanted, I crept toward it. Then, brandishing my plastic sword, I slashed to bits the particles of dust floating in its spotlight!

  I've since exchanged the sword for a camera but still treasure that sense of wonder. My goal now is to  capture light and joy in the little things! I especially enjoy photographing children, who are life's experts on both of these subjects.

  I believe in play at portrait sessions! (Swords allowed.) My favorite moments in a photograph are the unscripted ones, the authentic delight of a child outdoors, a parent's first sight of their newborn child, the natural closeness of a family together.

 

   I consider it an honor to be a part of helping you capture your family's story in pictures!
